We have a new puppy in our home. She is a brown rat terrior. She is 4 months old and full of a tremendous amount of energy. Her previous owner did not train her so I am having to do that. I am having some trouble training her so any suggestions would be great! Oh, her name is Tipsy because when she runs she looks like she is going to fall over. Enjoy!
