I am being told (over and over) that a wonderful way to be frugal is to menu plan. So, here goes, I finally did it.
Sunday: Spaghetti and Meat sauce, green beans
Monday: Red beans, rice, and sausage, and coleslaw
Tuesday: Leftovers
Wednesday: Pork Roast, hummus, and salad
Thursday: Leftovers
Friday: Rotesserie Chicken, buttered rice, and peas
Sat: Out to dinner
Sunday: Roast beef, rice & gravy, and broccoli
Monday: Rotesserie chicken, macaroni and cheese, and Lima beans
Tuesday: Leftovers
Wednesday: Pork Chinese Food (with vegetables) and rice
Thursday: Hot dogs, chili, and Cole slaw
Friday: Leftovers
Saturday: Dinner out
