My Review:
I am really enjoying this Yoga Video, called Power Praise Moves! Laurette Willis does a fantastic job working out the body and at the same time, encouraging you with God's Word! I love how the different moves have Godly names. As far as the yoga goes, all fitness levels will get a good workout. This is one exercise video that I will sure be keeping! I even loved what she did at the end of the video. There is a very special part on it. I guess you will have to buy the video in order to find out what I am talking about!
